  6. You may shop as a guest or create an account. If you create an account:

  8. •        You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  9. •        You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  10. •        You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
  11. 4. Products & Services
  12. eTechGlobalHub sells physical products and services. We reserve the right to:
  13. •        Modify, discontinue, or update products and services without notice
  14. •        Limit quantities available for purchase
  15. •        Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
  16. Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith. Minor variations in appearance may occur for physical goods.
  17. 5. Pricing & Payment
  18. All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice.
  19. Payments are processed securely via  Flutterwave. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your selected payment method. We do not store your card details.
  20. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  21. 6. Orders & Delivery
  22. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. For physical products:
  23. •        Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location within Nigeria/West Africa
  24. •        Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
  25. 7. Returns & Refunds
  26. We do not offer a return and refund policy for physical products.
  27. Services are generally non-refundable once rendered, except where we have failed to deliver as agreed.
  28. To initiate a return, contact us at etechglobalhub@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.

  30. All content on eTechGlobalHub — including logos, text, images, and software — is the property of eTechGlobalHub or itslicensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
