Simply provide up to 150 product images and the physical product not les than 10 pieces , and we will upload and display them on our website for a monthly fee of ₦10,000, The physical products wil be displayed in our physical store with no cost of tax, electrical bills and any other bills, giving your products greater visibility and access to a wider audience. You may also choose to display selected products in our physical store, where customers can view and purchase them directly. If any of your products are not selling, we will contact you to arrange collection, while products that are selling well can be monitored through regular stock checks every Friday. By partnering with us, you gain access to both online and offline sales opportunities, increased product exposure, and the chance to grow your business without the cost and complexity of building and managing your own eCommerce website.

Vendor Terms & Conditions

To display and sell products through our online platform and physical store, vendors must agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Vendor Verification

• All vendors must provide a valid means of identification before their products can be listed or displayed.

• Accepted forms of identification include:

  • National Identification Number (NIN) Slip or National ID Card

  • Voter's Card

  • Driver's License

  • International Passport

• Vendors must provide a valid phone number and any other contact information requested for communication purposes.

• Business registration documents may be requested where applicable.

2. Product Requirements

• Vendors must provide clear and high-quality images of all products they wish to list online.

• A maximum of 150 product images may be submitted under the standard monthly package.

• Vendors choosing to display products in our physical store must supply a minimum of 10 pieces per product item.

• All products supplied must be in good condition and ready for sale.

3. Product Quality and Legality

• All products must be genuine, legal, and suitable for sale.

• Counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, dangerous, or illegal products will not be accepted.

• Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, authenticity, safety, and legality of their products.

4. Monthly Service Fee

• A non-refundable monthly fee of ₦10,000 is required for online product listing and promotion.

• Failure to renew the monthly subscription may result in the removal of products from our platform and physical store.

5. Physical Store Display

• Products displayed in our physical store will not be subject to additional charges for rent, electricity, taxes, or other store-related operational expenses.

• Products remain the property of the vendor until sold.

6. Stock Management

• Vendors must ensure adequate stock availability for listed products.

• Physical stock checks may be conducted every Friday.

• Vendors are responsible for replenishing stock when necessary.

7. Unsold Products

• If certain products fail to generate sales over an extended period, we may contact the vendor to arrange collection.

• Vendors must collect unsold products within the agreed timeframe after notification.

8. Sales and Payments

• Vendors will receive payment for sold products according to the agreed payment schedule.

• Accurate bank account details must be provided for payment processing.

• Payments may be delayed if incorrect banking information is supplied by the vendor.

9. Product Information

• Vendors must provide accurate descriptions, specifications, pricing, and other relevant information about their products.

• Any changes to product information or pricing must be communicated promptly.

10. Liability

• We shall not be held responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the vendor.

• Vendors agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, disputes, or legal actions relating to their products.

11. Termination of Partnership

• Either party may terminate the partnership with reasonable notice.

• Upon termination, vendors must collect all remaining unsold products within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting products for listing on our website or display in our physical store, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
